Flying higher in our aircraft
For commercial real estate clients we recommend taking the photographs from our aircraft, which is not limited by the 400 foot FAA maximum altitude for drones. We understand that in commercial real estate, being able to showcase a property and the proximity to other businesses and highways is vital. Flying higher in our aircraft allows us to show your property and it’s surroundings to a much greater extent than a low flying drone. Our professional digital camera and telephoto lenses can get just as detailed of a close up view as any drone.
Colorado Aerial Photography and Mapping has a catalog of stock photography of popular business areas around Denver and Colorado springs. For clients looking for a quick low cost solution we may have a stock photograph of your property already on hand.
Residential Real Estate
Showcase the property
We recommend the use of a drone for our residential real estate clients. Residential properties are typically much smaller than commercial properties which enables us to get low and close to showcase the property much better than we can with our aircraft.
The typical assignment for us starts with an in-depth phone conversation identifying the client’s needs. In most cases all we need is a physical address of the subject, but a readily available satellite image such as Google Earth or Apple Maps is helpful. We will then fly on the next available day with suitable weather for flying.
Quality Photography
Quality is one of our Highest Priorities
Our goal is to provide fast turnaround time and quality photography. In most cases, we can deliver our work within 24 hours of capturing the imagery. The primary limitation to providing our service on time is the weather. Fortunately we have plenty of sunshine in Colorado, so we are rarely delayed more than a day or two based on weather.
We do not require a deposit to get started. Billing is done via invoice on a net 30 basis. We accept check or credit card payments as well as Pay Pal.
Colorado Aerial Photography and Mapping has a company pilot that is FAA licensed for all of our operations and fully insured. We understand the importance of our imagery to your business and will always prioritize safety, quality and consistent customer service.
